Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Produce and publish high-quality, on-brand content that is timely, relevant, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand reach, engagement, and community development.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and organizational initiatives.
  • Safeguard brand voice and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing effective social media strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling/management tools.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A 1-minute introduction video describing your social media experience and workflow organization is required as part of the application.
