Description

Manage, maintain, and support company computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve employee support requests.
Perform system updates and routine maintenance to keep technology operations running smoothly.
Handle data backups and support data protection practices.
Provide technical support to employees across hardware, software, and system issues.
Assist with implementing new technologies and improvements to system performance.
Maintain cybersecurity measures to help protect company data.
Monitor and support the overall efficiency and security of IT operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support professional, or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs.
Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices.
