  • Work independently to meet or exceed sales targets while demonstrating strong problem-solving and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B Closer, Account Executive, Appointment Setter, or comparable client-facing sales role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident handling of objections, leading sales conversations, and closing deals while maintaining professionalism.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and consistent follow-through.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a fully functional laptop/desktop with webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
