Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing towing and roadside assistance.
  • Coordinate and dispatch roadside support services efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Handle multiple cases at once in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Use computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools to manage service requests.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain dependable service with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Background in towing and roadside assistance is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Proficiency with computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Must have a functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
