Description

  • Design and document end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for financial services clients.
  • Own service selection, cost optimization, and compliance considerations for cloud solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client engineering and infrastructure teams.
  • Lead architecture discussions and translate business requirements into concrete technical plans.
  • Work with ML engineers and backend developers to deploy AI workloads, data pipelines, and APIs on compliant infrastructure.
  • Contribute to technical proposals and scoping documents for new client engagements.
  • Provide architectural estimates and risk assessments for prospective work.
  • Identify and resolve infrastructure risks related to data governance, latency, and compliance.
  • Ensure AI-driven platforms are secure, scalable, and suitable for regulated environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on cloud architecture experience, with Azure as the primary platform.
  • Proven delivery of production-grade Azure infrastructure for enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Snowflake.
  • Direct experience working with client technical stakeholders, including architecture reviews, requirement translation, and written design documentation.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance requirements in regulated cloud environments.
  • Ability to reason about trade-offs across cost, scalability, latency, and compliance, and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in infrastructure as code and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.
  • Professional English required; Italian is a strong plus.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI or ML workloads in production is a plus.
  • Background in consulting or professional services is preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation of €50,000 to €60,000 RAL.
  • Project bonuses awarded based on delivery and client impact, with a minimum of 4 projects per year.
  • Year-end bonus based on team performance.
  • Annual salary review with 10% salary progression at each career level.

  • Annual 3-day team offsite in Dublin at the company HQ.
