Description

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that build loyalty and retention.
  • Handle account maintenance, payment updates, collections, subscription inquiries, and cancellation requests.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to keep accounts active and in good standing.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM platform.
  • Meet individual and team customer experience and retention performance goals.
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer retention, collections, sales, or a call center environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, rapport-building, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and able to work across multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Personal Windows 10/11 computer with an Intel Core i3/i5 or AMD Ryzen 3/5 processor.
  • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, subscription services, or technology-related industries is preferred.

Benefits

  • Monthly compensation starting at $800, based on experience, paid through Deel.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities.

  • Fully remote independent contractor position.
  • 15 days of paid time off.
  • Monday through Saturday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET, with Sundays off.
