Description

  • Own the product backlog for key GBG Go initiatives, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment to strategy.
  • Work with engineering leaders to plan, refine, and deliver high-quality product increments.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, market research, and usage data to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor success metrics to drive value, adoption, and product performance.
  • Build strong internal relationships to support cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across product and cross-portfolio initiatives.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and capability evolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, data teams, and commercial stakeholders to translate opportunities into requirements, priorities, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms or workflow-driven products.
  • Proven ability to define requirements, lead discovery, and execute roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics for decision-making.
  • Experience delivering globally scaled products.
  • Passion for building products that enhance trust and digital access.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a delivery-focused environment (preferred).
