Description

  • Plan, design, and manage compliance products for the digital asset exchange to ensure platform products meet local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead planning and management of regional/sub-site products, coordinating with local teams to drive product localization and compliance adaptation for different markets.
  • Continuously track and analyze global digital asset regulatory and policy changes, assess business compliance risks, and drive product adjustments to implement regulatory requirements.
  • Design and optimize compliance and risk-control product modules such as user identity verification, AML, and KYC to improve platform compliance and security.
  • Develop and improve compliance tools and systems to increase automation and review efficiency while protecting user data.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, risk, and operations teams to balance compliance requirements with business needs; author PRDs and coordinate resources through design, development, and launch.
  • Perform compliance risk assessments, define remediation plans and strategies, and monitor post-launch compliance performance to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.
  • Design and maintain compliance data monitoring and reporting systems, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and regularly brief management on progress, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in law, finance, computer science, international trade preferred.
  • 2+ years of internet product management experience, with at least 1+ year in compliance or sub-site/localization product management.
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry and exchange operational compliance requirements and regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, data protection).
  • Strong compliance risk awareness with the ability to proactively identify and resolve product compliance issues.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle and the ability to independently write PRDs and drive product delivery.
  • Proven cross-functional communication and collaboration skills to work with legal, risk, engineering, and operations teams.
  • English proficiency preferred.
