Description

  • Develop long-term Web3 product strategy based on global industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
  • Define phased goals and key milestones to grow Web3 users, trading volume, and market share.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from concept and research through design, development, launch, and operations.
  • Gather and analyze needs from users, the market, and internal business teams, then translate them into product features.
  • Lead exploration and execution of new business models such as Meme, DEX, on-chain staking, and earn products.
  • Build partnerships with leading blockchain projects and institutions to expand the exchange ecosystem.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Provide direction and coaching to team members and help create an innovative, collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor global cryptocurrency policy and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
  • Establish and improve risk management systems to address market volatility, technical risk, and asset security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; computer science, financial engineering, blockchain technology, or related majors are preferred.
  • 8+ years of internet product management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience focused on Web3 or cryptocurrency products.
  • Experience leading at least one successful Web3 product that has launched and achieved market impact.
  • Strong understanding of Uniswap V2/V3 principles and differences.
  • Familiarity with Pump, Virtuals, Gmgn, and other trading platforms’ product logic.
  • Understanding of 1inch aggregation trading principles and order-splitting algorithms.
  • Understanding of Stargate and other leading cross-chain bridge product principles.
  • Familiarity with Web3 wallet product mechanisms, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals including smart contracts, DeFi, wallets, DEXs, major public chains, Ethereum, L2, Solana, BTC, ERC20 assets, NFTs, inscriptions, runes, and DeFi asset differences.
  • Preferred experience with strong industry relationships among blockchain project teams, experts, and investment institutions.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
  • Strong execution, results orientation, and ability to drive business growth in complex and changing environments.
