Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend programs to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Actively participate in project planning, design, and development to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
  • Write clear technical solution and design documentation.
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and requirements.
  • Support and coordinate team operations to ensure smooth project progress and execution.
  • Drive project delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of development experience in Golang or PHP.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Swoole, Hyperf, EasySwoole, go-zero, Gin, or Kratos is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of common data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming; able to produce clean, high-quality code.
  • Proficiency with MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch (Elastic Search).
  • Familiarity and practical experience with at least one message queue system (Kafka, RocketMQ, or RabbitMQ).
  • High sense of responsibility, good communication and comprehension skills, strong teamwork, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
  • Preferred: prior exchange (trading platform) experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with reading framework source code (Swoole/Hyperf/EasySwoole/go-zero/Gin/Kratos).
  • Preferred: experience building systems that handle QPS in the ~10k–100k range.
