Description

  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders at all levels and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management that clearly communicate complex financial information.
  • Enhance financial reporting capabilities for the Conversion business unit across NA and EMEA.
  • Support the embedding of financial processes for the recently in-housed accounting of the NA business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems and help implement those improvements.
  • Produce and analyze departmental management accounts before presenting them to the CFO and Head of FP&A.
  • Handle standard month-end processing and related financial reporting tasks.
  • Lead planning and analysis activities covering revenue, delivery, sales opportunities, annual budgets, and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Manage risks and opportunities, provide scenario planning, and complete ad hoc analysis for the business unit.
  • Prepare commercial analysis, including client profitability, resource utilisation, and capex or investment committee business cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PQE with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience business partnering with senior leadership teams.
  • Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel modelling skills.
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills.
  • Ideally experience in a marketing, digital, or creative agency environment.
  • Experience influencing strategic business decisions using multiple data sources to support recommendations.
  • Ability to build best-practice processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort with problem-solving and process implementation in a changing business context.
