Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for internal and external users.
Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver customer value.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails and other modern programming languages.
Contribute to AI and machine learning initiatives to improve automation and prediction.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across high-volume, high-throughput production systems.
Build observability, alerting, and operational monitoring into the software you ship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in software solutions.
Stay current with emerging software development trends and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Experience building and deploying applications in Ruby on Rails.
Experience decoupling monolithic applications into externalized services with API interfaces.
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of backend technologies including databases, APIs, server-side technologies, multi-tenancy, workflow orchestration, choreography, and long-running saga patterns.
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize both frontend and backend systems.
Strong interest in AI technologies or experience integrating AI solutions.
Preferred: experience in health tech or pharmacy-related industries.
Preferred: experience in supply chain or commerce technology.
Preferred: familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Preferred: understanding of CI/CD processes and modern development workflows.
Preferred: experience implementing and maintaining backend-for-front-end (BFF) architectures.
Preferred: strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is available.
Employment is limited to candidates residing in approved U.S. states.
Short-term assignment typically lasts up to 6 months.

Benefits

Salary range of $124,800 to $156,000.
No commission eligibility.
Remote role with no required travel.
