Description

Set the venture's technical direction and lead execution from day one.
Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment.
Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications.
Build and iterate quickly using modern tools and frontier models while maintaining quality.
Design agentic systems and choose when to use orchestration versus simpler approaches.
Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations.
Shape the product based on real customer workflows and market needs.
Contribute to fundraising efforts, including investor conversations and due diligence.
Recruit and grow the technical team when the time is right.
Help establish the company's culture and technical foundation.

Requirements

Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
Ability to turn messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specs.
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and learning from real workflows.
Rigorous approach to verification, feedback loops, evaluation, and trustable systems.
Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
Founder mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and full-time commitment to a single venture.
