Description

  • Co-found a new B2B SaaS venture as the CEO and primary owner.
  • Work closely with FutureSight’s founding, finance, product, and advisory team throughout the startup journey.
  • Lead early-stage idea testing, validation, and refinement to identify product-market fit.
  • Create prototypes to validate potential solutions and support early selling efforts.
  • Launch an initial product for validated opportunities and drive early market traction.
  • Prepare the business for pre-seed and seed fundraising.
  • Build the company’s team, product, revenue model, business, and investor base.
  • Own the P/L of the new entity and carry significant responsibility for its performance.

Requirements

  • Ready to commit full-time and exclusively to building a new venture.
  • Previous experience co-founding and leading an early-stage company, or equivalent intrapreneurial experience.
  • Experience with a product company or B2B SaaS venture, including venture-backed environments.
  • Relevant domain expertise and/or industry advantage with strong understanding of the target market.
  • Passion for solving the challenges in your domain or industry.
  • Risk appetite and capacity for entrepreneurial uncertainty.
  • Generalist profile with strong skills in at least one key startup discipline such as sales, tech, product, design, or marketing.
  • Experience pitching to investors and raising capital.
  • Desire to be a venture-backed co-founder.
