Description

  • Own customer discovery and refine the venture’s initial wedge and go-to-market plan.
  • Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to build and launch the V1 product.
  • Run customer pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from the studio team.
  • Hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture.
  • Drive daily execution toward initial product launch and early market traction.
  • Collaborate with the studio’s designers, engineers, growth marketers, and fundraising professionals.
  • Translate customer insights into product and commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience as a founder or co-founder of a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Strong network in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Founder-level drive and willingness to own a venture end to end.
  • Startup scrappiness and comfort with ambiguity and high ownership.
  • People leadership ability, including coaching, hiring, and culture-building.
  • Bonus: exposure to WealthTech, AI agents/LLMs, or highly regulated industries.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage venture environment with daily active engagement.
  • Ability to submit a resume and LinkedIn profile as part of the application process.
