Description

  • Own customer discovery and refine the product wedge based on advisor feedback.
  • Translate market insights into a focused go-to-market plan.
  • Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to launch the first product version.
  • Run pilot programs, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from the studio team.
  • Hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture and operating foundation.
  • Drive initial market traction through daily collaboration with the studio team.
  • Build relationships with early customers and guide the product toward advisor workflows and client engagement needs.

Requirements

  • Experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or prior experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft compelling investor narratives and close capital.
  • Strong network in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, with the ability to attract, coach, and retain top talent.
  • Founder-level drive and willingness to operate with startup scrappiness from start to finish.
  • Risk appetite and capacity suited to an early-stage founding CEO role.
  • Bonus: Exposure to WealthTech, AI agents or LLMs, or highly regulated industries.
