Description

Set the venture strategy, including ICP, pricing model, product positioning, and execution path.
Lead customer development by running pilots with commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations and converting them into paid engagements.
Build the go-to-market motion for the business.
Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
Shape product direction around intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
Establish the company’s cultural foundation from inception.
Operate as CEO in a co-creation model with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture building team.

Requirements

Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
Hands-on experience with returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows.
Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
Experience leading pilots or early customer development in relevant sectors is preferred.
