Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including the ICP, pricing model, product positioning, and execution path.
  • Lead customer discovery, pilot programs, paid conversions, and the go-to-market motion with operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the platform and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Own the product focus areas of intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process, supported by FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company's cultural foundation from inception.
  • Operate as CEO in a true co-creation model alongside FutureSight's cross-functional venture-building team.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
  • Hands-on experience with returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI agents or LLMs.
  • Experience leading pilots and converting them into paid engagements is preferred.
  • Experience working in consumer returns-led or warranty and credit-led business models is preferred.
