Description

Set the venture strategy by refining the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
Choose and shape the initial execution path between consumer returns-led and warranty/credit-led market entry.
Lead customer development by running pilots with commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations and converting them into paid engagements.
Build the go-to-market motion for the venture.
Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the platform and iterate based on user feedback.
Drive product focus on intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
Recruit and lead the founding team.
Establish the company’s cultural foundation.
Operate as CEO in a true co-creation model with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture-building team.

Requirements

Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
Hands-on experience with returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows.
Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining founder fit.
