Description

Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP, pricing model, and product positioning.
Choose and refine the execution path between consumer returns-led and warranty and credit-led models.
Lead customer development by running pilots with commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations.
Convert pilot customers into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion.
Partner with the product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate based on user feedback.
Guide product focus on intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
Establish the company’s cultural foundation as CEO.
Operate as the venture’s chief executive within a co-creation model alongside FutureSight’s cross-functional team.

Requirements

Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
Hands-on experience with returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows.
Familiarity with AI agents or LLMs.
Experience leading pilots and converting them into paid engagements is preferred.
Ability to work in a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not as a salaried executive.
