Description

  • Lead the launch and growth of a new AI-first content intelligence and publishing venture.
  • Win customers by starting with internal design partners and expanding to external users, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate retention and willingness to pay through early customer engagement and market testing.
  • Build and launch the initial product in collaboration with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod.
  • Raise the seed round and craft the company’s investor narrative.
  • Hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture and operating foundation.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the new entity.
  • Work daily with the FutureSight team to drive product launch, market traction, and fundraise readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience co-founding a product company, B2B SaaS venture, or working at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Strong network in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Founder-level drive and a clear commitment to co-founding as CEO.
  • Startup scrappiness and comfort owning a venture from start to finish.
  • People leadership ability with experience attracting, coaching, and retaining top talent.
  • Experience in the creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • High risk appetite and capacity for entrepreneurial uncertainty.
  • Full-time and exclusive commitment to building the new SaaS venture.
