Description

  • Lead the launch of a new AI-first content intelligence and publishing venture from early product through seed stage.
  • Win customers by starting with internal design partners and expanding to external creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate retention and willingness to pay through customer discovery and market traction.
  • Build and launch the V1 product in collaboration with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod.
  • Raise the seed round using FutureSight’s initial investment and investor network.
  • Hire the founding team and establish the company’s cultural foundation.
  • Own the full P&L of the new entity and drive day-to-day execution.
  • Prepare the business for seed fundraising and ongoing venture scaling.

Requirements

  • Full-time, exclusive commitment to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
  • Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found and lead as CEO.
  • Previous founding experience, including co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; fundraising fluency and relevant networks.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to attract top talent and shape culture.
  • Experience in the creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Startup scrappiness and comfort with owning a company from start to finish.
  • Risk appetite and capacity aligned with early-stage entrepreneurial demands.
  • Bachelor's degree or specific certifications are not mentioned.
