Description

  • Lead the launch of a new AI-native content-intelligence and publishing platform.
  • Win customers by starting with internal design partners and expanding to external creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate retention and willingness to pay through early customer feedback and iteration.
  • Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to build and launch V1.
  • Raise the seed round with FutureSight’s initial investment.
  • Hire and build the founding team while establishing the company culture.
  • Own the full P/L of the new venture.
  • Drive daily execution toward product launch, early market traction, and seed fundraising.
  • Build and operate the business from initial product through go-to-market scaling.

Requirements

  • Full-time and exclusive commitment to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
  • Prior experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Strong network in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Experience in creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Founder-level drive and willingness to take on the scrappiness of a startup from start to finish.
  • Risk appetite and capacity to operate in an early-stage venture environment.
  • People leadership ability with experience attracting, coaching, and retaining top talent.
