Description

  • Lead the launch and growth of a new AI-first content intelligence and publishing venture.
  • Win initial customers by starting with internal design partners and expanding to external users such as creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate product retention and willingness to pay in the market.
  • Build and launch the V1 product in collaboration with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod.
  • Raise a seed round using the studio’s initial investment as a starting point.
  • Hire and lead the founding team while setting the company’s culture.
  • Own the full P&L of the new venture.
  • Drive daily execution to achieve product launch, early traction, and seed fundraise readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or prior experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Strong network in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Founder-level drive and a willingness to commit full-time and exclusively to the venture.
  • Startup scrappiness and comfort owning a company from start to finish.
  • People leadership ability with the capacity to attract top talent and shape culture.
  • Experience in creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling is preferred.
  • Risk appetite and capacity aligned with the demands of a high-ownership startup role.
