Description

  • Lead the launch and growth of a new AI-first content intelligence and publishing venture.
  • Win and validate early customers, starting with internal design partners and expanding to external creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Build and launch the initial product in close collaboration with FutureSight’s product and engineering team.
  • Drive the company toward retention and willingness-to-pay validation in the market.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process using the studio’s initial investment as a foundation.
  • Recruit and hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture.
  • Own full P/L responsibility for the new venture.
  • Work daily with FutureSight’s team to achieve product launch, early traction, and seed-readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or prior experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Experience in creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge-work tooling.
  • Founder-level drive and a strong appetite for startup risk and ownership.
  • Ability to operate scrappily and own a business end to end.
  • People leadership ability, including hiring, coaching, and culture-building.
  • Full-time and exclusive commitment to building the new venture.
