Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for a domain with clear priorities and rationale.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and post-launch validation.
  • Write engineering-ready specifications with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Align stakeholders across Engineering, GTM, Support, leadership, and other partner teams.
  • Define quarterly goals and success metrics for the domain.
  • Run structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration.
  • Partner with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to resolve enterprise issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements.
  • Track product health, reliability signals, and the drivers behind product changes.
  • Use AI as a default tool for research, analysis, spec writing, and communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end and focus on outcomes rather than tasks.
  • Strong delivery track record shipping complex features in high-pressure environments without compromising quality.
  • Ability to write precise specifications that engineers can build from, including edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Data fluency to define metrics, interpret results, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Systems thinking to understand dependencies and anticipate the impact of decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English at C1 level.
  • Ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API and integration complexity is preferred.
  • Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain is preferred.
