Description

  • Define and own product strategy, quarterly goals, and roadmap priorities for your domain.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and post-launch validation.
  • Write engineering-ready specifications with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Run customer discovery through interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Customer Success, and leadership to align stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery.
  • Track product health, metrics, reliability signals, and the impact of product changes.
  • Translate client needs into scalable product improvements for enterprise nonprofit customers.
  • Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to own a product area end to end and be accountable for outcomes.
  • Strong track record of shipping complex features in high-pressure environments without compromising quality.
  • Ability to write precise specifications that engineers can build from, including edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Data fluency with experience defining metrics, interpreting results, and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Systems thinking with the ability to understand dependencies and anticipate downstream impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English at C1 level.
  • Ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API or integration complexity is preferred.
  • Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain is preferred.
  • Must already be using AI meaningfully in day-to-day work.
