Description

  • Deliver assigned lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and session plans.
  • Facilitate engaging live online instruction for adult learners using instructional best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Agentic AI and connect concepts to real-world applications.
  • Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving in the classroom.
  • Provide individualized student support during live sessions and scheduled office hours.
  • Maintain regular communication with students about progress, expectations, and milestones.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to student and staff communications.
  • Give clear, constructive, and timely feedback on assignments and assessments.
  • Evaluate student progress using course deliverables and grading rubrics.
  • Document student performance and engagement accurately and escalate academic concerns when needed.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to improve the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least 3 years of professional experience in Agentic AI, or 5 years of professional experience in Agentic AI without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong expertise in Agentic AI concepts, frameworks, and tools, including autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to diverse learners.
  • Passion for education and mentoring students entering the technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote teaching environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.

  • Anticipated pay range of $60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part-time schedule of approximately 10–15 hours per week.
