Description

  • Deliver assigned lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and session plans.
  • Facilitate engaging synchronous online classes using adult-learning best practices.
  • Provide Agentic AI subject matter expertise and connect concepts to real-world applications.
  • Support students during live sessions and office hours, maintaining regular communication.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
  • Evaluate student progress using established grading rubrics and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and escalate academic or performance concerns and support improvement plans when needed.
  • Collaborate with instructional and program teams to improve the learning experience.
  • Maintain an inclusive, respectful, professional, and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least 3 years of professional Agentic AI experience, or 5 years of professional Agentic AI experience without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong expertise in Agentic AI concepts, frameworks, and tools, including autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse adult learners.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and student-support skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote teaching environment.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Availability for evening or weekend cohorts, typically Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday or Saturday and Sunday.
  • Ability to work approximately 10–15 hours per week.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States throughout employment.
