Description

  • Define and execute an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with growth, profit, capital investment, and operational performance goals.
  • Provide strategic oversight of merchandising and category management, including refinement and execution of merchandising strategy and product lifecycle management.
  • Oversee supplier compliance to ensure unauthorized resellers are restricted from purchasing products according to supplier partner policies.
  • Own end-to-end supply chain performance, including demand planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization.
  • Accelerate the transition to a demand-driven operating model by improving SKU-level forecast accuracy and working capital efficiency.
  • Lead evaluation, optimization, selection, and implementation of forecasting and replenishment systems and supporting infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain efficiency, sourcing, lead times, logistics, and inventory flow.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across supply chain, merchandising, and supplier performance to drive accountability and improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, Technology, and Partner Management to align planning, execution, and sourcing models.
  • Oversee operating plans, budgets, and working capital performance, and lead development of a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, procurement, or related functions, with significant progressive senior leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a retail, ecommerce, or distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated acumen in merchandising, category management, and assortment strategy.
  • Experience implementing planning and replenishment systems and improving forecasting accuracy at scale.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, margins, and working capital.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams and leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent graduate-level education preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics within supply chain or merchandising functions preferred.
  • Experience scaling operations in a high-growth or multi-channel environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and AI-first mentality.
