Description

  • Support strategy and execution for high-impact product initiatives that improve care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Translate practitioner needs into scalable product opportunities in partnership with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Apply technical understanding of backend systems, machine learning, and data architecture to inform product and system decisions.
  • Support the development and validation of AI/ML models, with attention to medical accuracy, safety, and usefulness.
  • Help evolve clinical data infrastructure to enable research, personalization, and feature development.
  • Serve as a trusted contributor in strategic product discussions by bringing clinical context, sound judgment, and an outcomes focus.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Research, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure features are credible and clearly communicated.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a clinical field such as MD, ND, NP, DO, PharmD, RD, or DC.
  • 5+ years of patient care experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical advisory or support role in software, digital health, or healthtech.
  • Experience working on AI/ML products or in direct software product management.
  • Strong technical literacy and comfort working with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers.
  • Experience bridging medical topics to non-medical colleagues and representing the clinician perspective in product and strategy conversations.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments where speed, ambiguity, and ownership are expected.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and excellent judgment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, create clarity in ambiguity, and deliver meaningful outcomes quickly.
