Description

  • Develop and deploy production, multi-turn LLM-powered features such as summarization tools and clinician-facing conversational agents.
  • Build and own Python backend services that integrate LLM agents with Fullscript’s platform.
  • Implement prompting, grounding, and safety strategies to improve model outputs in clinical workflows.
  • Create AI feature quality testing and evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, hallucinations, and edge cases.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control for model-related workflows.
  • Collaborate with medical and product teams to deliver AI features aligned with clinical reasoning and practitioner workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and medical subject matter experts to refine requirements and support clinical data solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest LLM research and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and implementing LLM applications in production, including conversational or agent-based systems.
  • Experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Hugging Face tools.
  • Experience with agent orchestration, tool use, or RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with model evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM outputs and conversational quality.
  • Knowledge of MCP and agent orchestration tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of data engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Experience designing AI systems that answer open-ended questions, support follow-up interactions, and explain their reasoning.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Learning mindset with a strong interest in exploring new technologies and methodologies.
  • Snowflake Snowpark or PySpark experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Langfuse, MCP, or agent orchestration tools is a plus.
  • Graph database experience, such as Neo4j, is a plus.
  • Exposure to healthcare, clinical data, or decision-support systems is a plus.
