Description

  • Lead and support end-to-end WMS implementation and configuration projects.
  • Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to design effective WMS solutions.
  • Configure core WMS modules including inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, picking, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop custom logic using configuration and extensibility tools.
  • Support API testing and manage integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems.
  • Write, review, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures in relational databases.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance tuning across application, integration, and database layers.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve functional and technical problems within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
  • Strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, or SAP EWM.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse workflows, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, or MHE.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting and debugging skills across application, integration, and data layers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Travel availability of approximately 50% initially, with potential to increase up to 75% over the next six months.
  • Experience integrating WMS with Goods-to-Person, AS/RS, or other automation technologies is preferred.
  • Exposure to OMS, TMS, or EDI messaging standards is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is preferred.
