Description

  • Partner with product trios to deliver timely, actionable insights that inform product decisions.
  • Design and evaluate product experiments using rigorous statistical methods.
  • Define leading indicators that help teams measure product success earlier.
  • Build predictive models with clear performance benchmarks.
  • Analyze behavioral data in Amplitude to understand product usage and engagement.
  • Query and model data in Snowflake to support analysis and experimentation.
  • Explore datasets independently in ThoughtSpot to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Establish scalable routines for data validation and metric audits.
  • Improve product analytics literacy and drive adoption of tools like Amplitude.
  • Enable self-service analytics to reduce reactive reporting and support better prioritization.
  • Manage multiple requests across teams while maintaining analytical rigor.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
  • Solid statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
  • Ability to independently extract, validate, analyze, and interpret product data.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude for behavioral analysis and product metrics (nice to have).
  • Strong querying and data modeling skills in Snowflake (nice to have).
  • Comfort exploring data and surfacing insights using ThoughtSpot (nice to have).
  • Ability to frame problems as testable hypotheses and design experiments with discipline.
  • Comfort defining priorities in alignment with leadership and balancing multiple requests based on impact.
  • Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in St. Gallen.
