Description

  • Design and produce assets across digital, print, packaging, presentations, web, email, social, editorial, advertising, and in-store channels.
  • Concept, produce, quality-check, and release projects through completion.
  • Ensure designs align with brand strategy and maintain consistency across channels.
  • Manage timelines and priorities across multiple concurrent design projects.
  • Perform photo retouching as needed.
  • Meet weekly with the Marketing Director to align on creative and marketing priorities.
  • Monitor design trends and emerging technology relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
  • 8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Expert-level experience with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, including print and digital applications.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 or later; After Effects experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of digital printing processes and design for print, web, multi-page collateral, multimedia, and video.
  • Knowledge of photography, illustration, typography, digital formats, banner ads, website pages, and email campaigns.
  • Mailchimp coding experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Slides and Docs, and Asana; ability to create organized, shareable files.
  • Must reside in Florida, New York, California, Minnesota, Maryland, Iowa, Illinois, Arizona, New Jersey, or Massachusetts.
