Description

  • Oversee and optimize Google Business Profiles for five Florida markets, including Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami.
  • Conduct keyword research and create content briefs for blog post development and on-page SEO execution.
  • Optimize service pages and location pages on WordPress for search performance.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed problems, broken links, and indexation issues.
  • Build and maintain NAP consistency across local citations for all markets.
  • Develop and implement a backlink acquisition strategy to improve domain authority and rankings.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead attribution using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and CallRail.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly SEO performance reports with metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Manager in weekly check-ins to review strategy, performance, and next steps.
  • Perform competitor analysis for MSP and IT services keywords in Florida and support review growth strategies across Google Business Profiles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, with a strong background in local SEO and technical SEO for multi-location service businesses.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, schema markup, and headers.
  • Experience with technical SEO topics including site speed, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Ability to create content briefs and collaborate with content creators on blog strategy.
  • Proficiency in generating SEO reports tied to rankings, traffic, and lead generation KPIs.
  • B2B service industry experience is preferred, with MSP and IT services experience a plus.
  • Comfort working closely with leadership and marketing teams to execute strategies and meet goals.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (GMT-5:00).
