Description

  • Manage 4-6 concurrent creative projects across strategy, creative development, and production phases.
  • Own project calendars and timelines using Google Sheets and Google Calendar.
  • Coordinate internal leadership, creative staff, external contractors, and other stakeholders on deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track integrated marketing campaigns with multiple components such as video, social, digital, radio, activations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, tracking systems, and accessible records of deliverables and communications.
  • Work with leadership to set realistic deadlines that account for creative workflows and internal reviews.
  • Manage contractor and contract-related coordination with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Create high-quality standard operating procedures to support project organization and process consistency.
  • Adjust to changing priorities, troubleshoot logistical issues, and support productivity across a fast-moving environment.
  • Use communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet to keep work moving.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the full lifecycle of creative campaigns from strategy through production.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Notion, and similar tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a scrappy startup environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Experience in an LA/New York-style agency or similarly fast-moving creative environment.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and experience managing producer/contractor relationships.
  • Comfort using simple project management tools like Google Sheets and Calendar rather than complex platforms.
  • Reliability and setup for remote work, including a high-speed internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, a modern multi-core computer or laptop, and a noise-canceling headset with microphone.
