Description

  • Drive programs and projects through planning, scope definition, testing, release, iteration, and go-to-market activities.
  • Own delivery plans and track deliverables to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across software development, infrastructure integrations, certifications, quality assurance, and production deployment.
  • Identify and remove team impediments and process bottlenecks, escalating cross-team issues before they affect schedules.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, design, security, network, business, and other stakeholders.
  • Define project scope and requirements with clients, including C-level stakeholders, and translate them into delivery plans.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, integrators, vendors, and internal teams throughout engagements.
  • Establish communication plans and provide regular updates to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Partner with project managers, delivery managers, scrum masters, and senior leaders on resource allocation, prioritization, refinement, and scheduling.
  • Recommend process, policy, and quality improvements while fostering collaborative communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of experience delivering software development and related IT projects across multifaceted teams.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across a program or major client engagement.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and fast-moving agile projects.
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and C-level personnel.
  • Ability to translate business processes, architecture discussions, and requirements into clear deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to turn client issues and requests into structured plans and deliverables.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Payments or financial services experience and hands-on coding experience are preferred.
