Description

  • Develop and own the TikTok Shop strategy, roadmap, and P&L to drive revenue, awareness, content volume, and incrementality.
  • Build scalable creator acquisition, onboarding, and enablement systems to supply consistent, high-performing content.
  • Create and operate a multi-lane creator ecosystem spanning emerging creators, consistent performers, and top-tier partners.
  • Drive creator retention and repeat posting through community programs, incentives, and structured initiatives.
  • Lead creative frameworks, scripts, briefs, and content systems to maximize performance on TikTok Shop.
  • Manage partnerships and potential retainers with high-impact creators and talent.
  • Recruit, hire, and build the internal team and infrastructure to support rapid, sustained TikTok Shop growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, E‑commerce, Amazon, Retail, and Ops to integrate TikTok Shop into broader business channels.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, creator psychology, and social commerce.
  • Proven ability to design and scale creator systems that produce consistent performance.
  • Strong operator who can create structure, processes, and clarity from scratch.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with comfort working with both content and performance data.
  • Relationship-driven builder capable of recruiting, motivating, and retaining creators and partners.
  • Comfortable moving extremely fast in a growth-obsessed environment and owning end-to-end outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to own the P&L and full ownership over building a new channel.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, E‑commerce, Amazon, Retail, or Operations (implied/desired).
