Description

  • Own the overall strategy, performance, and profitability of the Amazon channel.
  • Develop and execute initiatives across pricing, merchandising, promotions, advertising, and product assortment.
  • Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, business planning, and long-term strategy.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations to improve channel performance.
  • Lead Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and related programs.
  • Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, keyword management, and campaign structure to drive profitable growth.
  • Oversee marketplace operations, including listing optimization, SEO, catalog management, A+ Content, Brand Registry, account health, inventory coordination, product launches, and promotional execution.
  • Build scalable processes, documentation, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Create sales forecasts and reporting to support inventory planning, profitability analysis, and marketplace decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product Development, and executive leadership while recruiting, mentoring, and developing marketplace talent.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading Amazon marketplace businesses.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Amazon revenue with full P&L ownership.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, listing optimization, SEO, Brand Registry, account health, catalog management, forecasting, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing contribution margin, profitability, and promotional planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, dashboards, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to make thoughtful decisions independently.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
