Description

  • Oversee end-to-end coordination of content projects and production workflows.
  • Monitor timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Deliver content assets to clients through digital project management platforms such as ClickUp and Asana.
  • Act as the liaison between production roles, unblock teammates, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Create weekly internal and external production reports for assigned projects.
  • Attend internal project syncs, daily huddles, and selected client calls to maintain clear communication.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, recap next steps and action items, and support follow-up execution.
  • Review client deliverables for quality assurance, including presentation decks, visual assets, and staged uploads.
  • Provide feedback to internal team members to improve quality and reduce rework.
  • Assign, delegate, and support tasks across the team, and create training materials to train others.

Requirements

  • Strong remote-based project and task management skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and escalate competing business priorities effectively.
  • Eager to learn with a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to innovate and adopt the latest technologies and processes.
  • Experience working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the Atlantic or Eastern Time Zone and manage a remote schedule well.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $34k–54k CAD.
  • Final compensation determined by experience, role level, and location.
