Description

  • Own Foundation's inbound pipeline and drive qualified opportunities sourced from marketing end to end.
  • Set the strategy and manage the calendar for Foundation's marketing programs.
  • Create, write, or commission content across the blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, podcast appearances, partner content, and LLM/GEO surface area.
  • Lead distribution through repurposing, syndication, community seeding, and paid amplification.
  • Shape and enforce Foundation's brand voice, positioning, and market point of view.
  • Work with leadership to sharpen how Foundation competes against other agencies.
  • Report monthly on what is working, what is not, and what should be scaled or cut.
  • Ship weekly output that compounds and keep marketing execution moving quickly.
  • Collaborate with execution support while serving as the primary owner of the function for the first six months.

Requirements

  • Experience running marketing for a B2B agency, B2B SaaS company, or B2B services firm with ownership of pipeline results.
  • Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build a content and distribution program from the ground up or significantly improve an existing one.
  • Strong writing ability with a track record of producing content people actually read.
  • Experience working with SEO, GEO, and AI search as part of a content mix.
  • Understanding of how AI search and GEO channels work in 2026.
  • Some experience with paid social or paid search using a real budget is preferred.
  • Able to think clearly, defend a point of view with evidence, and welcome pushback.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with weekly output expectations.
  • No degree requirement stated.

  • Candidates outside those regions may still be considered if experience is exceptional and working hours align.
  • Required overlap with EST timezone.
  • Base salary range of 80k-110k CAD depending on experience.
  • Total compensation includes company-wide profit sharing and commission on expansions/extensions.
  • Bonus tied to pipeline targets.
  • Compensation is adjusted using a role × level × location framework.
