Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead client meetings, share project updates, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Coordinate internal teams across content, strategy, and operations to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Track deadlines, budgets, and client KPIs using ClickUp and internal systems.
  • Own content and strategy handoffs by managing timelines and task flows.
  • Capture and integrate client feedback and approvals smoothly.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, and misalignments to internal leaders.
  • Initiate upsell and expansion conversations when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate client data, resourcing requests, and reporting details.
  • Complete client NPS surveys and internal health updates on schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or other complex client structures.
  • Proven ability to lead client calls and internal project check-ins.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Clear, confident communication skills in both live and asynchronous settings.
  • Comfortable working Eastern or Atlantic time zone hours.
  • Ability to work independently once expectations are clear.
  • Comfort in client-facing roles and calm, grounded presence under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through in deadline-driven environments.
