Description

  • Write Reddit posts and comments tailored to specific subreddit cultures, rules, and audiences.
  • Participate in ongoing Reddit discussions with useful, non-promotional contributions.
  • Research subreddit norms, expectations, and sentiment toward client brands.
  • Identify conversation patterns, questions, and themes that can be supported with helpful content.
  • Adapt existing client insights and materials for Reddit conversations.
  • Collaborate with editors and content leads to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Support other content formats as needed.
  • Meet content volume targets while maintaining high approval rates and minimal revisions.

Requirements

  • Active Reddit user with a strong understanding of how the platform works.
  • Experience participating in or moderating subreddits.
  • Proven ability to contribute without sounding promotional or violating subreddit and sitewide rules.
  • Clear, concise writing with a natural, human tone.
  • Ability to adapt voice for different communities and personas.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding formatting, rules, cultural norms, and tone.
  • Ability to work quickly and consistently within editorial guidelines and content calendars.
  • Comfort engaging in B2B or technical discussions when provided with context.
  • Examples of strong Reddit posts or comments.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Ability to work fully remotely with required overlap for EST-timezone meetings.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $38,000–$50,000 CAD annually, adjusted by location and experience.
  • Expected total compensation of $40,000–$55,000 CAD annually.
  • Company-wide profit sharing.
  • Uncapped commission on partnership-sourced revenue.
  • Fully remote work with global hiring.
  • Compensation determined through a role, level, and location framework.
