Description

  • Own the roadmap and execution of analytics efforts across Game Studios, Platform, and Publishing.
  • Lead a high-impact team of product analysts, business analysts, and analytics engineers.
  • Partner with Staff-level ICs and cross-functional leaders to shape the team’s vision and strategic direction.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into analysis opportunities and actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface and manage expectations for analytical projects.
  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to build scalable analytics frameworks and measurement foundations.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the data organization on data infrastructure and governance, including tracking plans, pipelines, and source integrations.
  • Champion best practices in experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve analytics methods and tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years focused on mobile games.
  • Proven track record of using data analysis to influence game feature development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and operational excellence skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complex dependencies, and oversee multiple workstreams.
  • Experience building and scaling analytics functions that impact business growth and performance.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools such as Looker.
  • Ability to guide technical teams without needing daily hands-on technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results.
  • Experience managing analysts and building a high-performance, data-driven team culture.
