Description

  • Drive planning and execution of game features with cross-functional leads.
  • Coordinate the content production pipeline, including tracking, scheduling, and cross-team alignment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of game-ready art assets that meet art direction and quality standards.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, dependencies, and roadblocks throughout production.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Improve production processes in collaboration with discipline leads.
  • Manage communication, reviews, and asset delivery with external art vendors and outsourcing partners.
  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to define realistic deadlines, content needs, and art resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a producer or project manager on a game team.
  • Strong expertise in game production methodologies, including agile development, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
  • Experience driving production processes and tools such as Agile, Kanban, ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.
  • Good understanding of game development, art creation, and content design principles.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks throughout the game production lifecycle.
  • Ability to structure and track complex information across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide teams toward shared goals.
  • Passion for mobile games and delivering high-quality, player-facing content.
  • Familiarity with live-service development pipelines and update cadences (nice to have).
  • Experience working with external art vendors or outsourcing partners (nice to have).
