Description

  • Lead business and technical design workshops with customers.
  • Design, configure, and implement Fortanix’s platform for enterprise customers.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, account expansion, and customer renewals.
  • Ensure customers are successful and able to serve as references.
  • Act as the voice of the customer with engineering, product management, and the broader company.
  • Support the sales cycle with technical guidance and customer-facing expertise.
  • Work directly with customers at all levels to solve problems and provide advisory support.
  • Drive technical work-streams and coordinate with engineering teams.
  • Travel as needed for customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent Customer Success Engineer or Professional Services experience implementing an enterprise technology platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and encryption technologies such as HSM, KMIP, PKI, and JCE.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, and MySQL.
  • Experience with storage, virtualization, containers, and network load balancers.
  • Experience designing resilient architectures.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of encryption and key management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages.
