Description

  • Participate in and lead technical design workshops with customers.
  • Design, configure, and implement the Fortanix platform.
  • Train and enable customers on product use and adoption.
  • Drive customer product usage, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Work with engineering, product management, and other internal teams on technical workstreams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and communicate customer needs internally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve troubleshooting through automation and knowledge sharing.
  • Track support tickets, customer requests, and follow-up actions through to resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on professional services experience implementing HSM or key management platforms and use cases.
  • Experience designing, demonstrating, and independently executing customer proof-of-concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with systems administration, container technologies, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with at least one HSM or KMS platform such as AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, or IBM Key Protect.
  • Strong working knowledge of cryptographic interfaces such as PKCS#11, CAPI, CNG, JCE, and KMIP.
  • Experience with database encryption, tokenization, certificate management, and other key management operations.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones depending on the customer.
  • Strong collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must live in the UAE.
