Description

  • Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to support end-to-end delivery of Zelle payments products.
  • Translate product vision into actionable requirements for the build of Form3’s Zelle gateway.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Form3’s Zelle products for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements and document requirements for continuous improvement.
  • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and create functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and analyse data to support product decisions.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the US product line and underlying platform architecture to inform prioritisation.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role.
  • Previous experience working on Zelle products and understanding how Zelle differs from other US payment schemes.
  • Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and create functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Technical experience with API and cloud-based product offerings.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams, particularly Engineering.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of other US payment schemes such as FedNow, RTP, or ACH is desirable.
  • Experience in an external-facing role partnering with customers or clients is desirable.
