Description

Maintain checklists, review submitted exhibits, and keep collected documents organized.
Coordinate information flow between borrowers, borrower representatives, brokers, and third-party vendors.
Coordinate third-party invoices and contracts for each transaction.
Maintain the Forbright proprietary Portal system and electronic control binder for each transaction.
Prepare correspondence needed to support workflow and transaction processing.
Organize market and industry data used for comprehensive underwriting.
Assist with closings as requested.
Complete post-closing requirements in line with Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan and internal requirements.
Comply with all facets of Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of HUD 232 and/or HUD MAP loan processing or project management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

Benefits

Base pay range of $90,000 to $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
